Investing in Italy and Investor Visa for Italy, São Paulo | Oct., 27
Oct 24 2023 EXP LegalKLA Advogados Law Firm and EXP Legal, both member of the International Lawyers Network, will host the "Investment in Italy and Investor Visa" event on Friday, October 27th, to discuss investment opportunities in Italy.
Open to clients and partners, the in-person meeting will take place from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at KLA's office in São Paulo (Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1,355, 18th floor) and will be accompanied by a light breakfast.
The presentation will be conducted by Claudio Scaramella, Senior Associate at EXP Legal.
Drawing from his experience in the Italian market, Scaramella will provide participants with a macroeconomic and legal analysis for investing in Italy, both as an individual and as a corporate entity. In the case of the Investor Visa for individuals, Scaramella will discuss the types of companies eligible for investment, as well as the types of investments that qualify for the visa and the administrative procedure.
Furthermore, the KLA event will cover Italian incentives for investments in startups and innovative small businesses, as well as tax credits for research and development.
