As highlighted in the previous report, the Law Decree no. 148 provides for the possibility of:
- paying, without any penalties and default interest, the debts entrusted to the collection in the first nine months of 2017;
- regularizing the rejected adhesion applications of the formerly simplified resolution because they did not meet the requirement to be in line with the old rescheduling plans in progress on October 24, 2016;
- regularizing by November 30, 2017 the failed payments of the installments for the simplified resolution of loads expired in July and September 2017.
With reference to the resolution of the loads entrusted to the tax collection Agent from 1.1.2017 to 30.09.2017, with the service "Fai D.A. te" it could be possible to request the disclosure of the sums owed and to the online submission, by May 15, 2018, of the DA-2017 form. In fact, some payment notices of 2017 may not have been notified yet, and consequently the taxpayer may not be aware of them.
It will be recalled that, even with regard to completeness, the form DA-2017 can also be submitted through the secure area of the website, directly to the Revenue Agency's counters or by certified email to send to the certified email address of the Regional Office of the Revenue Agency.
On the other hand, for the taxpayers whose previous adhesion application for simplified resolution was rejected, since they did not pay all overdue installments at December 31, 2016, there are new deadlines for submitting their own application for regularization.
In this case, it is also possible to request prior disclosure of the sums due before completing and submitting the related regularization application (DA-R form), which alternatively can also be submitted from the secure area of the institutional website, to the Revenue Agency's counters or by certified email.
